The Alpaca Association Registry

The Alpaca Association of Ireland has, in recent years, helped by Grassroots in the UK, updated the Official Registry of Alpacas in Ireland.  As of 2019 our registry is now provided by Chromosoft in Austria. There are a number of alpacas on the Island of Ireland that are not registered  yet . These are generally animals that were bought as additions to pet farms or as flock guards and are not being bred.

We, the Alpaca Association of Ireland, continually strive  to add to the official  numbers of Alpacas in Ireland.

We encourage owners of alpacas to join the Alpaca Association of Ireland and to add their animals to the Registry
